Yes they offer this as a so called benefit you can buy at my workplace, but it does not have that local flavor, actual caring individuals (did I just say that about attorneys, no). Mike, franchise this concept and sell it to local attorneys as a local service. Why it will work, I pay for car towing service I might need in advance, I pay for HVAC monthly service I might need in advance. In service plans at reasonable rates. Just an idea from a friend... Estate planning seems like one of the few practice areas where we can make a huge difference by taking the time to really engage our clients in a conversation about what they really want and need and how to accomplish that together.
