To that end, I\u00a0encourage my\u00a0clients to invite their professional advisors to participate in the estate planning process. Once involved, I\u00a0work hard\u00a0<strong>keep each Planning Partner\u00a0informed and engaged<\/strong> at all stages of the estate planning process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My\u00a0Process<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lichtermanlaw.com\/index.php\/getting-started\/our-process\/\" target=\"_blank\">My\u00a0process<\/a> is unique and helps ensure each client&#8217;s plan is a reflection of who they are and what is important to them. Before your clients&#8217; estate plan can be successfully created and implemented, I\u00a0need to learn about them and their loved ones, and they need to learn about the powerful planning options that are available. I\u00a0feel it is my\u00a0job as trusted legal advisor to educate your clients about these concepts, so they have the ability to <strong>make informed and educated decisions<\/strong> about which planning options are best for them.<\/p>\n<p>The most effective way for a client to<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lichtermanlaw.com\/index.php\/getting-started\/how-to-get-started\/\" target=\"_blank\"> get started<\/a> is by attending one of my\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lichtermanlaw.com\/index.php\/resources\/seminars\/\" target=\"_blank\">free educational workshops<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lichtermanlaw.com\/index.php\/getting-started\/our-process\/\" target=\"_blank\">My\u00a0relationship-centered approach<\/a> backed by excellent documentation helps clients create a successful and cost effective estate plan that will work for them<strong> throughout their lifetime and beyond<\/strong>. \u00a0In my\u00a0process, we work closely with your clients to learn about their planning goals, needs, concerns, and fears.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our process and relationship-centered approach, I:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have in-depth discussions with them about their family dynamics, their values, and their goals and objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Design and prepare a custom comprehensive estate plan;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all of their assets are properly titled so that <strong>their plan works<\/strong> for them and protects them in the way they want and need;<\/li>\n<li>Provide educational programs to them\u00a0and their families; and<\/li>\n<li>Provide legacy planning so they\u00a0can pass on their<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lichtermanlaw.com\/index.php\/estate-planning\/your-family-legacy\/\" target=\"_blank\"> values, insights, stories and experiences<\/a> to their loved ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Strategic Planning<\/strong><br \/>\nI\u00a0believe in working closely with Planning Partners and using a <strong>team approach<\/strong> to achieve clients\u2019 needs and goals.
